M3-Music & Mentoring Matches is an on-site program that matches professional, adult musicians with the budding musicians of Quest to develop their artistic abilities by guiding the youth through their adolescent musical years and exposing them to future career opportunities in the musical field.

Why is mentoring Important?
The children in our program represent America today and the America of the future. In our desire to enhance the lives of the participants, we have created a mentoring program to expose the children to culturally enriching programs. We endeavor to work with the children to develop strong self-esteem and necessary discipline to make them effective participants in society. Leaders grow leaders. We are looking for musicians who want to be leaders in the musical arena by becoming a musical mentor.
