The Quest Newsletter is a Quarterly Publication of the everyday happenings of our youth organization. We report on program developments, participant achievements, upcoming events and general news to keep our supporters, sponsors, friends and participants up to date on our ever growing organization. If you would like to sponsor our Newsletter or if you would like to receive the letter at home or online, just send an email and put “e-news” in the subject line and we’ll take it from there! or call 718.928.7058

The Quest 2007-08 Scholarship has been suspended this year due to scholarship requirements that state “there must be at least three contestants applying for the award”. Because of a turn around in membership, this has left our eldest members which are in the 10th grade. Only one eligible Quest Alumni college student applied which does not constitute a legal competition. Funds will be held over for the next competition.

Music Education!

Many schools today have facilities to make high-quality audio and video recordings of performances and rehearsals, providing immediate feedback to students and educators. These recordings double as fabulous advocacy tools to make parents, community members and administrators aware of our music program successes. Music technology tools are very appealing to students and they keep our music programming meaningful and relevant in the 21st century.
